The purpose of the contract is to carry out the preliminary design of a multi-storey building to house the new CTC and various complementary spaces, that suit the current needs of FGV in the park-and-ride area annexed to the FGV facilities.
The preliminary project will also define the urbanization and adaptation of the surroundings to integrate the building into the current FGV facilities, and the study of a new CTC as a backup for emergency situations, of the future main CTC in FGV.
The new CTC will improve the coverage of FGV services by optimising processes, and standardising the use of management tools, and collaboration with those responsible for the facilities in the coordination of activities.
Furthermore, an improvement in the quality and technification in the provision of services to its customers will be achieved, as well as an increase in efficiency by facilitating savings in operating costs.
